Introducing Daily Backups with Rsync Technology

Hello Chanan Members,

Greetings!

We just wanted to update you all about the recently added feature to our Shared & Reseller hosting packages.

To enhance the quality of our services & to provide our customers with care free hosting solutions, starting today, we will hold daily backups of your accounts. Backups will be made on a different remote server. These backups can be restored on your request to the support team.

Backup Type Email : This will restore your email folder.
Backup Type Home Folder : This will restore your full home folder which contains emails and documents.
Backup Type Document Root : This will restore your public_html folder only.

Backup Features:

Daily Backup on remote server
Daily Backup using Rsync Technology
RAID6 storage
SSH encryption

Please note that the backups are overwritten on daily basis. We will keep a copy of your account as it was on the previous day. All backups are overwritten with the current account files after 12 midnight everyday.

Just submit a ticket to the technical team in case you need a backup restored on your account.
